Project Teams
EEC has independently managed project teams that can swiftly and effectively handle ventures in any given circumstance. These teams can be reinforced with any necessary personnel support or expertise from the Group's technical base.
Human Resources
The main keys to the success of our organization are manpower development, its effective utilization, and allocation and clear description of staff responsibilities. Our work force is our strongest asset. Most of our senior personnel are prominent lecturers in distinguished local institutions. We invest a sizeable amount of time and financial resources in making our staff attend in-house and outside training, seminars, conferences, and exhibitions, both held locally and abroad. Moreover, EEC actively participates in various hearings of government working committees and sub-committees, and was successful in taking a lead role in the adaptation of various codes and practices that will improve the national engineering standards.
Vision for Tomorrow
In many instances, technological advancements have contributed to improving our way of life, but have had a detrimental effect on the environment and society.
Our vision and commitment to excel in technical expertise without sacrificing environmental and socio-economic concerns is attested by our tenacious local and overseas business connections. We believe that matters such as energy conservation and replenishment of the environment will be major issues that will from the basis of all development projects in the future.
We, at EEC, are confident that we are on the right track by concentrating on three specific areas of responsibility: environment, energy, and fire safety that will successfully lead us into the next millennium.
