Board of Directors
The board of directors (BOD) chaired by the managing director, functions as the registered representative of the company, in accordance with Thai commercial laws and as a registered corporate member of Council of Engineers, allowed to perform engineering practices, in accordance with the 1999 Royal Decree for Engineers. The BOD is responsible for management of mission and goals, monitoring operations, evaluating staff performance, and accounting.
