distributed power generation and district cooling system has been viewed as a solution for mega project and
new city development. The system clearly provides benefit for national supply side management and efficiency.
However, investment on CCP system is high and is very hard to compete with conventional system
and electric chiller. This paper describes integration of demand side management in order to support CCP feasibility
with 15% internal rate of return, including charge rate calculation formula and a success case study.
