ตำแหน่ง Mechanical, Electrical, Sanitary and Fire Protection Design Engineers

Responsibilities include:
• To work on the design of Mechanical / Electrical / Sanitary and Fire Protection Systems for hotel, residential, industrial, and commercial projects
• Preparation of design calculation and design sketches and check design drawing
• Preparation of specifications, equipment schedules, design proposals, and other documentation related to design works in English/Thai languages
• Coordinate with: project managers, architects, clients, other engineers, Cost estimator and CAD / BIM staffs
• Preparation of report at any design stage
• Preparation of study and design presentation
• Managing multiple projects against time and resource requirements

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
• 1 years’ experience in design work
• Registered Thai Professional license
• Positive attitude, pro-active, ability to learn, strong leadership and a good team player
• Good technical computer skills such as Auto CAD, Microsoft Office, Cooling Load Calculation Program, Elevate, BIM, Revit.
• Experience with local and international codes/standards such as ASHRAE, NFPA, ASPE, CIBSE, NEC, IEC, BS, EIT standards
• Good written and spoken English as well as presentation skills

Education:
Bachelor and Master Degree in Engineering – Energy, Mechanical, Electrical and Environment

Experience: At least 3-5 years on the field of
1. Greenhouse gas inventory development and/or carbon footprint at corporate, city and national levels that comply with national and/or international methodologies and standards
2. Technology, measures, and policy recommendations on greenhouse gas mitigations toward low carbon, smart city or green city concept
3. Project feasibility in energy efficiency and/or renewable energy
4. Manage the project by planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring the project

Who earned the below Certificate will be a Plus
1. ISO 14064
2. TGO certificate for CFO or CFP or Net Zero

Responsibility:
1. Develop the greenhouse gas inventory and/or carbon footprint at corporate, city and national levels using national/ international methodologies and standards.
2. Identify and recommend sustainable concept and models for corporate and city level
3. Able to propose technologies through energy efficiencies, renewable energy, waste to energy and other potential measures.
4. Manage the client’s project by planning, coordinating, executing and monitoring the project
5. Communicate and coordinate with all levels of stakeholders - local and central government, local communities, private sectors, etc.

Qualification:
1. Strong technical engineering knowledge
2. Good report writing skills in Thai and English
3. Good in communication and presentation
4. Strong communication and project management capabilities
5. Good understanding of the circular economy
6. Understand and fast learning on the sustainable concept and components such as low carbon, zero carbon, smart city or similar concept

ตำแหน่ง Architect/ Engineer (Sustainable Building Consultant)

ภาพรวมงาน:
ให้คำแนะนำและคำปรึกษาโครงการในการออกแบบและก่อสร้างตามมาตรฐานอาคารเพื่อให้ผ่านการประเมินและได้รับการรับรองตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน Green & Sustainable Building เช่น TREES, LEED, WELL, EDGE หรือ มาตรฐานอื่น ๆ ในอนาคตกับลูกค้าองค์กรที่มีความสนใจในการดำเนินการ

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
• ดำเนินการศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ของโครงการ/ ดำเนินการจัดทำ Rating scorecard
• ให้คำปรึกษาการดำเนินการตามเกณฑ์ Sustainable Building Certification ทั้งในช่วงการออกแบบและก่อสร้าง แก่ผู้รับเหมา หรือผู้ออกแบบ รวมทั้งเจ้าของอาคาร
• จัดเตรียมไฟล์นำเสนอ เพื่อชี้แจงงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง ต่อเจ้าของโครงการ ทีมผู้ออกแบบ ผู้รับเหมา และทีมผู้บริหารอาคาร
• รวบรวมเอกสารและทำรายงานเพื่อยื่นส่งขอการรับรองมาตรฐานที่ให้บริการ
• ประสานงานกับทุกฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้โครงการได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐานตามที่ให้บริการ
• พัฒนาความรู้เพื่อขยายขอบเขตงานให้บริการเกี่ยวกับสุขภาพและสิ่งแวดล้อมในอนาคต

คุณสมบัติ:
• จบการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี วิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, สถาปัตย์ หรือสาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
• มีประสบการณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องระหว่างเรียน ด้าน LEED, TREES, WELL 0-1 ปี หรือการนำเกณฑ์ดังกล่าวมาประยุกต์ใช้ในโครงงานระหว่างศึกษา
• สามารถใช้งาน MS Office, MS PowerPoint, Auto CAD ได้
• มีทัศนคติที่ดี ความกระตือรือร้น พร้อมเรียนรู้และปรับตัวตามลักษณะงานที่มีการเปลี่ยนแปลงรวดเร็วในปัจจุบัน
• หากมีประสบการณ์ในสาขา โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่ง LEED AP, WELL AP จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
• สามารถจัดทำรายงานและสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้อย่างดี

ตำแหน่ง Senior Civil & Structural Engineers

Responsibilities include:
• To work on civil and structural design for various type of building projects such as retail, hotel, residential, industrial, commercial, educational, healthcare and mixed-use projects.
• Responsible for structural analysis, detailed calculation and design.
• Prepare for specification, structural calculation, detailed drawings, and other documentation related to design works in both Thai and English
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, clients, other consultants, BIM and CAD operators

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering
• Years of experience: > 10 years experience in Civil & Structural Engineering design
• Registered Thai Professional Engineering License
• Positive attitude, pro-active, ability to learn, strong leadership and a good team player including soft skills
• Good technical computer skills such as structural analysis software; ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, Strand7, AutoCAD, Autodesk Revit, and Navisworks.
• Experience with local and international codes and standards such as IBC, IEBC, ACI, ASCE, AISC, BS, DPT and EIT standards
• Good written and spoken English.

ตำแหน่ง BIM Modeller (C&S)

หน้าที่ความรับผิดชอบ:
1. สร้างแบบจำลอง 3 มิติและภาพวาด 2 มิติของโครงสร้างคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก โครงสร้างคอนกรีตอัดแรง โครงสร้างเหล็ก รวมถึงภาพวาดทั่วไปและรายละเอียดต่าง ๆ
2. รับคำแนะนำจากวิศวกรโครงสร้างและสร้างแบบจำลอง 3 มิติคุณภาพสูงและ/หรือภาพวาดทางเทคนิค
3. จัดทำและปรับปรุง BIM Execution Plan (BEP), BIM Libraries, Templates และ Families ได้
4. ตรวจสอบแบบจำลอง CAD/BIM กับวิศวกรและทำการปรับเปลี่ยนตามความจำเป็น และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด
5. ปฎิบัติงานอื่น ๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

คุณสมบัติ:
1. วุฒิระดับปวส. หรือปริญญาตรี สาขาสถาปัตยกรรม/วิศวกรรม หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
2. มีประสบการณ์ทำงานด้วยโปรแกรม Revit และ Navisworks ไม่ต่ำกว่า 2 ปี
3. มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในการเขียนแบบจำลองข้อมูลอาคาร (BIM) ระดับ LOD 200-350 สำหรับงานออกแบบโครงสร้าง เช่น โครงการอาคารสูง สำนักงาน คอนโดมิเนียม โรงแรม รีสอร์ท และอาคารพาณิชยกรรม
